Conejo Recreation and Park District is pleased to offer a variety of Preschool and Prekindergarten options and locations to meet your child’s needs including:
PRESCHOOL (AGE 3-5)
Circle times, outdoor play, and socialization activities. Letter recognition is introduced. A non-parent participation program. All participants must be potty trained prior to the start of the program. No pull-ups. Child must be 3 by 9/1/2016. Lab fee payable to the instructor on the first day depending on program. New registrations need birth certificate. Lab fees pay for all the specialty activities and the personal activities and supplies for the children. Payment plans available.
PREKINDERGARTEN (AGE 4-6)
The Prekindergarten class is broken up into a Fall session that runs from the end of August through December and then Winter/Spring Session runs from January to the first week in June. Prekindergarten is designed to prepare your child in accordance with the Conejo Valley Unified School District’s expectations for Kindergarten students. It will include art, crafts, music, stories, movement and emphasize fun and socialization. Activities provide exposure to name writing, alphabet, shapes, colors, and cutting. Bring a sack lunch. Child must be eligible to attend Kindergarten in Fall 2017. New registrations need birth certificate. All participants must be potty trained. No pull-ups.
